Spa Etiquette
In order to provide the best service and accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows plenty of time for you to use the restroom, settle in, and complete your intake forms. It also ensures your service begins on time and our team can give you the best quality service.

All appointments require a credit card or gift card on file to make your reservation.
We understand that things may come up where you need to cancel or reschedule. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to modify or cancel your appointment so we may accommodate your request and the needs of other guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. Same day cancellations, rescheduled appointments, or those considered a "no-show" will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. 

Late Arrivals
We strive to provide outstanding service for everyone, so if a guest arrives late to a scheduled appointment, our service providers may need to shorten the length of the service in order to remain on time for other guests. If the arrival time interferes with the ability to give quality service that meets our standards, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and will be charged the appropriate fee.
